Hemija-Komerc founded in year 1990, Veles, Macedonia by Trajkov Trajche, General Manager of the company. The company has 60 employees and facilities of approximately 8000m².
Hemija-Komerc is first company of this type in Macedonia and broader on the Balkan region which is producing Listellos, Decors and Mosaic tiles (terms for decorative ceramic tiles). Listellos and Decors are decorative ceramic products for toilets, bathrooms, kitchens and all kinds of interiors and exteriors. With its remarkable idea to introduce these kinds of products on the market, today the company is one of the biggest producers of Listellos,Decors and Mosaic tiles on the Balkan region with high and recognizable quality of its products. The biggest part of the overall production of Hemija-Komerc is exported to Kosovo, Albania, Serbia, Croatia, Greece and other countries. On the Macedonian market we have over 90% share.
In 2009 Hemija-Komerc introduced new product on the market. The company started with production of Ceramic (stoneware) dished and stoneware bakeware products. The products are semi-porous products with different shapes and sizes that have technical characteristics that satisfy the need of the houses, restaurants and sweetshops. The products are tested and approved for Healthy safe products according European standard EN 13130-1:2004 Directive 84/500/EEC. This certificate proves that our products are produced with lead and cadmium free glazes only and comply with the standard for safe general use.
Hemija-Komerc is a direct importer of ceramic tiles, porcelain, granite, and tiling mortar, therefore it can offer one of the best prices for these products on the Macedonian market. Hemija-Komerc has two showrooms in Macedonia, one in Veles and other in Strumica.
In its showrooms Hemija-Komerc offers wide range of ceramic tiles, granite, porcelain, sanitary-ware including porcelain elements for bathrooms and toilets, shower cabins, bathroom furniture, mortar for tiles and other additional products for tilling, plastic and metal trims.

The success of our company is due to many factors. As first in the production process, Hemija-Komerc is using high quality raw materials from world-renowned companies from Europe and the rest of the World.
The equipment and the machines used in the production is one of the latest and most sophisticated for ceramic production and third-firing (technical term for the production of decorative ceramic tiles). By this, we mean automated decoration and firing of the products in modern continuous roller kilns and most precise calibration of the ceramic tiles. It took long time, big effort and big investments to reach this level and to have high quality products, but we are not stopping here instead we strive towards continuous investments in new equipment and machines in order to follow up the modern world trends and market for our products.
We offer products with high quality and most acceptable prices in Europe. Our long work and everyday problem in our business and production has taught us to produce highest quality products, which is on higher level compared to the European and World quality. Prove for these are our long-term partners and clients, which gained our trust and represent a big part of our success.
In year, 2010 Hemija-Komerc has moved its production into new modernized facility with closed area of 3000m², which complies with all European standards for working. The factory is equipped with most sophisticated automated equipment for production of ceramic products.
Reward for fastest growing small production company in Macedonia for 2009
In 2009 our General Manager, the Ministry of Economy of Republic of Macedonia awarded Trajkov Trajche in cooperation with other nongovernmental institutions award for fastest growing small production company in Macedonia for year 2009.
This award for our company represents great honor and success that we proved in the past years. This reward is great motivations for the company to continue develop and reach higher goals.

As a company, which business is in the ceramic industry that is continuously developing and moving with new trends of quality and design, our long-term plans are to continuously invest in new sophisticated and modern equipment, education of human resources, visiting and exposing on World-renowned fairs for ceramics, in order to follow up the latest happenings in the World ceramic industry.
